27 y.o. male who complained of discomfort from breast tissue and also wanted to reduce the size of his areola on both sides. He underwent ultrasonic liposuction (Vaser) along with surgical removal of breast tissue and areolar reduction. A small incision was made along the areola to remove tissue. He is pictured 3 months after surgery.
