33 y.o. male who complained of discomfort from breast tissue and did not like the appearance of his chest. He is an avid surfer and is outside and at the beach regularly. He underwent ultrasonic liposuction (Vaser) along with surgical removal of breast tissue. A small incision was made along the areola to remove tissue. He is pictured 6 months after surgery.
